OUR PROCESS

initial meeting
We’d love to kick things off with an initial call to chat about your wedding vision, needs, and all the exciting details you’re dreaming up. It’s the perfect way to start bringing your ideas to life!

booking
After our call, we'll send over a custom proposal and quote tailored to your vision. Once you’ve reviewed and everything looks good, we'll finalize with a contract. After it's signed and the deposit is paid, we’ll jump right into planning your dream wedding!

PLANNING
Once everything is set, you'll be logged into your personal planning program where we’ll begin designing and organizing every detail of your wedding. We’ll be with you every step of the way, making sure everything is perfectly tailored to your vision!

communication
Throughout the planning process, we’ll keep in constant communication with you via monthly reminders, emails, and regular phone or in-person meetings. We’re here to ensure everything stays on track and that you feel supported every step of the way!

What’s your experience and how many weddings have you planned?
We’ve been in the wedding planning business for over 12 years and have had the pleasure of planning hundreds of beautiful weddings. With all this experience, we’re experts at bringing your vision to life and making your big day run smoothly!
Do you have a team, or will it just be you on the day of the wedding?
On the day of your wedding, we’ll have at least two planners on-site to make sure everything runs smoothly. We’ll work closely with our team to ensure every detail is taken care of. For larger weddings and events, we have an even bigger team ready to handle everything, so you can relax and enjoy every moment!
How do you handle unexpected situations or emergencies?
On your wedding day, we’re fully prepared to handle any unexpected situations that may come up. Whether it’s a last-minute change, weather hiccups, or something else, we’ve seen it all and know how to handle it quickly and efficiently. Our goal is to ensure you stay stress-free and enjoy every moment, no matter what surprises the day may bring!

We’re happy to travel anywhere—whether it’s across the U.S. or internationally—to help make your wedding vision a reality. No destination is too far for us to bring your dream day to life!
how often to we meet?
Whether it’s in-person or virtually, we’ll meet as often as necessary to make sure everything is perfect for your big day. Your peace of mind is our priority, so we’ll be there every step of the way!
What makes your planning style unique?
Our planning style is all about personalization and seamless execution. We take the time to truly get to know you—your personality, style, and vision—so every detail reflects who you are as a couple. We focus on creating a stress-free experience, making sure everything feels effortless while still being perfectly planned.
What’s your approach to managing timelines and deadlines?
We create a detailed, customized timeline for your wedding day that includes every key moment, from vendor arrivals to the grand exit. Leading up to the day, we set clear deadlines for booking vendors, securing contracts, and finalizing details, so everything stays on track. We’re in constant communication with you and all your vendors to ensure everyone is aligned and prepared.
Do you offer any day-of coordination services, or is that separate?
We include day-of coordination services as part of all of our custom planning packages, but we no longer offer strictly day-of coordination as a standalone service. We believe that being involved in the planning process from the start ensures we can provide the best support and make your day truly seamless.
