Some weddings feel like stepping into a fairytale, and Ariana and Jordan’s stunning celebration at the Fairmount Park Horticulture Center in Philadelphia was exactly that.

Blending timeless elegance with modern floral magic, their day was bursting with personality, joy, and the kind of thoughtful design that stops you in your tracks. From a classic cathedral ceremony to a greenhouse transformed into a floral wonderland, every detail was intentional and absolutely beautiful.

A Classic Start at St. John the Evangelist Church

Ariana and Jordan began their wedding day in the heart of Philadelphia with a traditional ceremony at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church. This historic stone cathedral, with its grand arched entryways and intricate stained glass, provided a timeless, reverent backdrop for their vows. As guests entered through the towering gothic doors, anticipation and emotion filled the air.

Surrounded by their closest family and friends, the couple exchanged vows in a setting that honored tradition and set the tone for an elegant celebration ahead.

Welcome to the Garden

Following the ceremony, guests were whisked away to the Horticulture Center, where the tone shifted from classic to ethereal. Inside the greenhouse, the couple’s design vision came to life in a breathtaking way.

A blush-toned champagne wall greeted guests upon arrival, with glasses of bubbly perched between bursts of garden blooms. Clear acrylic seating charts added a clean, modern touch while soft floral arrangements tied everything together with a sense of warmth and romance.

The Floral Fantasy

The reception space was, in a word, magical. The glass-ceilinged greenhouse was transformed into an enchanted garden, thanks to the jaw-dropping floral installations suspended from the ceiling. Roses in blush, ivory, peach, and soft coral tones hung delicately above the dance floor and dining tables, interwoven with trailing greenery and hanging wisteria.

The long banquet-style tables and round guest tables were draped in white linen and accented with gold flatware, candles, and loose, organic floral runners. Everything was soft, natural, and incredibly inviting.

A cozy lounge area tucked between palms and potted plants offered guests a moment of comfort, styled with a tufted white couch, green velvet armchairs, and a vintage glass coffee table.

A First Dance to Remember

One of the most unforgettable moments of the night was Ariana and Jordan’s first dance. Under a canopy of blooms and twinkle lights, they swayed across the glossy white dance floor, lost in their own little world. It was a picture-perfect moment that felt straight out of a romantic movie, and the joy radiating from their guests confirmed it.
